Impact Playbook: A Guide to Impact Assessment for Heritage Professionals

The Europeana Foundation released the Impact Playbook for Museums, Libraries, Archives and Galleries, a practical guide helping heritage professionals assess their institutions' impact through a shared, cross-sector approach grounded in academic research.

Its first release covers designing the conceptual framework for an impact assessment and choosing what to measure; a planned Part 2 will cover stakeholder surveys and interpreting results. The Playbook grew out of a broader Europeana initiative that also produced an Impact Assessment Taskforce and a LinkedIn community for the field.
