Report: "Museum of the Future: Insights and Reflections from 10 International Museums"

The Erasmus+ funded Mu.SA (Museum Sector Alliance) project, involving 12 partners across 4 European countries, addresses gaps in digital and transferable skills in the museum workforce. Partners Symbola and Melting Pro produced "Museum of the Future: Insights and Reflections from 10 International Museums," gathering perspectives from ten institutions including the Victoria and Albert Museum (ASEMUS member), the Louvre, Prado, Hermitage and Rijksmuseum.

Participating museums addressed what digital technology means for museums' future, what features a future museum needs, and what skills the sector requires to stay relevant. Findings feed into Mu.SA's training design. Free download via project-musa.eu/results/publications/.
