Become a Member Museum

Membership to the ASEMUS network is open to all eligible museums/institutions with collections located in an ASEM country.

Eligibility for ASEMUS Membership

To be eligible as a member of ASEMUS, the applying Museum must meet the following criteria:

  • Be located in an ASEM member country
  • Meets the ICOM definition of a museum
  • Have collections which form part of the cultural heritage of Eurasia
  • Be actively interested in linking Asia and Europe
  • Be willing to give access to your registers and open up your collections for other member museums
  • Acknowledges and respects the ICOM Code of Professional Ethics.

To be a member, please complete the form below. Once the application is signed by the director, please send by fax or a scanned copy by email to the ASEMUS Secretariat.
